Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste

Please note that Costa Rica has two beaches named Playa Hermosa. One is Playa Hermosa, Puntarenas known for its great surfing waves and another Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste. The one in Guanacaste is just 20 minutes away from the Liberia Airport, approximately four miles away from Playa del Coco. Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste is lovely destination, beautiful grey sand beach stretching throughout a mile surrounded by exuberant tropical rainforest and strips of volcanic rock. Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste is a great place to relax as it is usually uncrowded and the weather conditions are always perfect.
